Service Description

Occasional Pilates Mat Class Workshops available, or hire Thrive with Pilates for a group mat class for your bridal shower or other celebration ($100 fee, plus $20 per person. Only available in the Columbia River Gorge). Designed for all levels, mat class is how Pilates was originally intended to be practiced. One of the great things about mat practice is it can be done just about anywhere. All you need is a mat (or even just a towel). Build core and overall strength and flexibilty, while improving posture and balance and uplifting your energy. On occasion props will be added for variety.
